Why did Toucan create Toucan 3.0?
As always, we created these improvements based on the most important audience’s feedback - our customers. For more info, check out our CEO Charles Miglietti’s post about the launch.
How can I get access to Toucan 3.0?
Existing Toucan customers should contact their CSM to talk about the best strategy to migrate your apps to the new version. If you’re not sure who your CSM is, please use our contact page.
How can I learn more about Toucan 3.0?
How will I know that I have access to Toucan 3.0's new infrastructure and features?
We won’t automatically migrate existing customers without their involvement. New customers after September 2023 will automatically be on Toucan 3.0. If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out to your Toucan representative.
I don't use Toucan yet. Can I still get access to 3.0?
Yes, as soon as you become a customer! All new clients will be able to create new apps starting in January 2023.
Can I have apps in both Toucan 3.0 and Toucan 2.0 at the same time?
Unfortunately, no. We are asking customers to be in either version 2.0 or 3.0, not both. Please contact your CSM for more information.
